    • All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment. Custom or personalized orders may require additional processing time, and customers will be informed accordingly.

    • We offer standard and expedited shipping options. The shipping method can be selected during the checkout process. Please note that the shipping timeframes are estimates and may vary based on your location.

    • Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the artwork except during FREE SHIPPING periods. The total shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process before payment.

    • Every artwork is carefully packaged to ensure its safety during transit. We use high-quality materials and protective measures to minimize the risk of damage.

    • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. This allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment.

    • The estimated delivery time depends on your location. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while expedited shipping may deliver within 3 business days when available.

    • We do not ship internationally.

    • In the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the order. Provide photos of the damaged artwork and packaging to initiate the return process. Return shipping is paid by the buyer.
