"Passionate about empowering young minds through music and the arts, Wilma Rogers is the co-founder of Music & Arts Program for Youth, Inc., and co-producer of Top Talent Live! These initiatives have transformed the lives of community youth and their families. Alongside her husband, Bill Rogers, Wilma's unwavering dedication to making a difference shines through in all she does. With every project she undertakes, Wilma strives to create a positive impact and inspire others.

Wilma J. Rogers finds joy in crafting abstract designs on canvas, using elemental materials such as acrylic paint, heavy gesso, and mixed media. Her creations appear to effortlessly lift off the canvas, showcasing a unique artistic expression. Together with her husband, Wilma shares a music and art studio, fostering an environment that encourages the free expression of their artistic creativity.
Earning a B.F.A. degree in visual communications and graphic design, Wilma pursued further education, earning a master's degree in education. Around this period, she and her husband established the Music & Arts Program for Youth, Inc., a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to empowering community youth in the arts.
